Stayed in this Hotel on 11-12 January. Very good hotel. It's complimentary breakfast is much delicious. The staff are courteous. The interiors are much decorativeReasonable tarriff. The only demerit is too far from the city.

worst experience. I stayed in suite which is around 9900 + tax. It was stinking all over the hotel, no cleanliness, bulb's were bursting due to short circuit. If you call the receptionist, he will be sleeping. Morning he may sorry but he will not solve your issues. I was planning to stay for 5 days, while checking in they took all the money for all 5 days before entering the room. I asked them, generally we pay during check out. Receptionist replied that, sorry sir, that's our company policy. After 1 day of staying there, i realized why he took money for all the days before entering the room. If he had not taken the money during check in, i would have gone to some other hotel for sure.

Only convenient hotel near Reliance Refinery

For past 12 years I have been staying at Hotel Express Residency when I visit Reliance Refinery. The hotel is conveniently located if you want to visit Reliance Refinery or Nayara Energy Refinery (old Essar Refinery) Executive rooms are spacious. WiFi is chargeable. Breakfast is included but with limited variety. Food is good.

Located a far from the town at the edge of the ring road this hotel might distances wise be more suitable for those having to visit the industrial part of the town. The hotel is well laid out but is very low on maintenance and hygiene as the bathrooms were not cleaned and even the bed spreads appeared being re-used. Occupancy being at the time of our stay even the staff had been cut down thereby affecting the service quality. It has a large lobby area and an adjoining restaurant serving reasonably good breakfast.
